Bathroom installation . Customer Service was the most inept & unprofessional i have ever had ; originally sent damaged panels , so installation was delayed & had 2 be re-scheduled. I had taken time off work to be there . Then on the 2nd date, parts of the order were missing . Fitter had to phone office & go to a DIY store . Fitter then asked if he could work on unscheduled days as he said he would not finish job on time , so we had to cancel our weekend away as he was going on holiday himself very shortly & wouldnt finish job unless we allowed him to work on the Sunday & bank holiday Monday, which we did because we didnt want an unfinished bathroom for 3/4 more weeks . Waste company they use then failed to take both bags from my property when job was finally done & they had 2 organise another collection . Not impressed . Did complain to BHTC & they sympathised saying they should make a gesture as a goodwill gesture as they did not finish the job on time , but AHM were not interested . I would urge you not to use this company . The worst i have ever hired to do work in my home . The only thing they were good at was ensuring they took my money on time . Something they couldnt provide with their service . I spent a lot of time and money chasing them & complaining about their service . I found them unsympathetic and dismissive . Regret using them . Bathroom conversion to a shower room, including all walls, floor, washbasin, furniture and toilet. The whole process, from advice at the showroom, the planner who helped me decide what to do, and the fitter (Adam) were all outstanding. The work was carried out in a professional manner in every respect. I am extremely satisfied with the result.

We had an installation done over a year ago, not very impressed with the installation it took 4 months and several visits to rectify the work.The work was not done to the standard they claim it is still causing problems now and I would definitely not recommend this company.
