It seems a manager couldn't wait to get ahead of the queue, skipping upto the till. Then after he got served all of a sudden beckoning to this couple who appeared out of nowhere, who allegedly were with him to get served ahead of me, who had been waiting my turn. I guess I just wait in queues for leisure!

Absolutely fantastic customer service at Nottcutts, Maidstone today ! Maxine and the office lady really went above and beyond and I am very happy. Beautiful people selling beautiful things! Merry Christmas!

Everything under one roof. A great place for a day out. Something for everyone. Garden centre and shops. Bright and cheerful.

Beautiful Christmas displays as usual. Some nice bargains about too. Nice sandwich and coffee although the wait to be seated and for the order to arrive was quit a while. Parking was easy.

Beautifully prepared for Christmas, lots to choose from and just a pleasant place to relax. Five stars to the shop and concession shops. Only disappointment was the attitude of one member of staff in the restaurant. We were made to feel we were an inconvenience to her routine and if it wasn't for the fact that we had travelled a fair way and were in need of a snack, we would have walked out. One star to the restaurant.

Main area wonderful . The cafe is a total waste of time , grumpy workers , cold hot chocolate . Scones going out of date and over priced . How it was so busy I could not even answer will be staying well clear in the future . Total waste of money and time .

More than a garden centre worth a trip

An interesting place for a wonder, wont keep you busy for ages and there is a chance that there is something you may want as there is a fair bit of variety. Be prepared to potentially pay a little above average as with most of these garden centre type set ups..!
