Two things. I have just extended some fence panelling using feather board and realised the 4yr old panels were still just as good still as the new ones I put in . The second was I rang in the order mid morning and an hour later the delivery arrived at the door. Thirdly, the driver was so very helpful in unloading and putting things in my back garden where I needed them. You have to use these guys.

Contacted boxley fencing and was not surprised by the 100% customer service I received not only the price but their knowledge and delivery next day I do not know any other company that gives this level of service anywhere in any company a big thank you to them all keep up the great customer service

A fantastic company. Very friendly and great delivery service provided. Ordered 32 sleepers and they are great quality timber. Used other timber from them from a different order and all great quality and straight can't fault them. Definitely recommend them and be using them for my projects that I do for my business from now on.

Very professional yard,pleasant efficient staff. Placed order, confirmed items and made recommendations that avoided a second trip(Thanks) arrived and order picked and laid out to observe Covid protocols. I will be returning.

The website is straightforward and well organized. Customer service has been on point too, as I phoned a few times to ask questions and the staff were always friendly and happy to offer honest advice. The timber and fixtures/fittings have been good quality and reasonably priced. The chap who delivered my fence panels was helpful too. When I picked up wood from their yard, I was allowed to choose the cuts of timber I wanted. In summary, a well run nice little timber yard.

Honestly can't fault this place. Ordered fence items online to replace 2 panels that blew down. They contacted me to say I'd paid too much delivery and would refund me half the delivery fee. The driver turned up on time, explained what his social distancing instructions were and off loaded. Then I ordered loads of sleepers, again they refunded half the delivery fee (maybe have a look at your website!), delivered on time also. Quality of the products was very good. The only place I could find that sold 5in square gatepost locally.

Absolutely shocking from beginning to end , extremely rude owners. I feel sorry for the boy in the yard. I was only going there to purchase a few bits , ..... NEVER again , dinosaurs stuck in the 80’s when daddy no doubt expensed the business . Service shocking and their over priced by quite some margin . I won’t lower myself to what I really feel like writing but let’s just say their time will come with attitudes like that

Not service related but... Stopped outside to show my daughter military plain flight but I was told straight away that I'm not allowed to park there (even though I was in the car ready to move whenever needed and explained why I'm there) my daughter missed the planes and was gutted. Why do people have to be so rude this days? A little bit more understanding would be great.

Used this company on previous occasions and most recently purchased Waney Lap fence panels January 2018. Good quality product of robust build. Good customer service all round right up to delivery man Mark.
