We purchased a product that was described in a totally misleading way on their website. We refused to accept the delivery because it was not the product we ordered and we requested a full refund. Since then our refund requests have been refused and ignored, and it's not a trivial amount of money. Beware!

Pricing was very competitive and much cheaper than purchasing via Velux’s own online shop and the website ordering and checkout process was quick and smooth to use. The team provided rapid confirmation and follow up on the order – with regular status updates on progress. Delivery was received three days after order and securely packaged on a pallet. Ordered Anthracite Grey Polyester Coated roofing sheets and a few came all scratched and dented up. 1 came so badly scratched. Contact them a few times to no avail or resolution. Fairly disappointing service which has put me off from using them again.
