We wanted to upgrade our existing laminate worktops to a higher quality Quartz worktop but did not like the idea of the upheaval and the long gap between template and installation which you get with solid stone, so the idea if a Quartz overlay seemed the perfect solution. From the minute we visited Trend we were impressed. They arranged an appointment with Jamie, who came to measure up, show us samples. He gave us a quotation on the day, of which we accepted and was duly booked in for a survey followed by an installation date. The total time from order to completion was around 8 weeks. Our installer Sam was great, he takes a lot of pride in his work and went above and beyond to ensure the job was right. Not only are the worktops fitted perfectly, he left our home clean and tidy both days he was here, he is absolute credit to the company. All in all we are very pleased with the high quality of the worktops and our kitchen looks fantastic.

We had been looking into various options for the refurbishment of our kitchen which is getting on for 17 years old. The cabinet carcasses are in good condition so we were considering just replacing the worktops and getting the cabinet doors and drawer fronts resprayed to avoid having to send everything to landfill. After we visited the showroom in Maidstone we became convinced that getting a quartz overlay worktop was the best way forward. At the initial survey, Jamie offered excellent advice and left us with a quote without any pressure to make a purchase. The estimate seemed to offer good value, bearing in mind the work to be done and so we went ahead. Paul came to do the templating and was extremely helpful, suggesting ways in which the initial plan could be improved, for no extra charge. As it turned out, Paul returned again a few weeks later to carry out the installation, which was completed in a day. He worked extremely hard and his workmanship was first class. We are delighted with the final result. The staff at Trend/Granite Transformations gave us very good customer service throughout the process and we would happily recommend the company to our friends and family.

Following the closure of the Birmingham Franchise, Trend Maidstone, stepped up and took responsibility for the outstanding work to be completed. Nothing was too much for the Stephen Cooper managing the take over of the outstanding work or the fitter, Martin, who was exceptional, redoing and completing all works to a high standard. Trend Transformations re-modelled our tired kitchen last week and the difference is amazing. We found them to be very helpful in all aspects of the job, from original visit to discuss what was wanted, payments and information regarding ordering and installation dates, to completion by the installers. Billy arrived promptly on the Monday morning to install the Granite worktops and he was very polite, professional and completed the job to a high standard. John arrived Tuesday to Friday to complete the doors etc and again his work was faultless and his attention to detail was excellent. Trevor visited a couple of times to deliver and access progress and was extremely helpful throughout.
