Installed a back gate for us a few years back, now doesn't work as the way it was installed we can't get to the offending bolt to fix it ourselves so can't use it yet they won't come back and fix it even thought we've offered to pay them. Contacted them several times, but they were busy or away. The last time we got a reply from them they said they would be round at the weekend but nothing. Even when I pointed out that I'm poorly and need the back gate for access reasons. Now in the process of phoning around trying to come and fix it for us.

Do not use this company, they are cowboys. They came to fix a fence post and broke two gravel boards on the other side of the fence and didn't say anything, other than saying it might need looking at in the future. When contacted the office, was told they had told me and that it wasn't part of the priced job, unfortunately I'd already paid them so no compensation and they offered to come and price up the job to repair their damage! Steer clear at all costs.

27/07/2020 @ 1.30pm Just booked a survey over the phone and I have experienced one of the worst customer service... After being explained numerous times that it would take at least one month for the visit, even after I said that this project was not urgent, I was then reminded on various occasion that any work could only start 2 months after I agree with the quote. Fine as this project is not urgent... Then the person took finally my contact details. She did not want to note anything specific about the project (like the fencing length) as this "can be discussed during the survey" in 7 week time. I booked the slot but had to call them back 30 min later to cancel as surely, they really do not want my business. Cancelling the slot was way more easier than booking a survey... No question asked and think that it was a relief for them. I felt that I had to tell them the reason why I was cancelling. Apparently, I had it all wrong... Wish them all the best and glad to see that our local companies are doing so well that they do not need new customers :)

They Do not do concrete shed base only wood support legs and not put in below ground level. Best watch construction.

Had a fence and two gates fitted. Brilliant job done, no fuss, no mess. Quality products and installation. Have used before, will use again.

The company were a pleasure to deal with from the first visit by the estimator and subsequent correspondence, to the actual work carried out (putting in back fence and gate ) by the fencing team . The latter arrived promptly, worked solidly through out the morning, existing on just cups of tea.. Good job done and excellent clearing away any mess. Recommended
