Clarke mobility! I recommend to everyone who is needing use of services they offer, such as New, Nearly New and Used WAVs! My own experience of using Clarke mobility and they're friendly and an awesome team! I contacted the team online regarding a vehicle advertised on their website, and by the next business day I had received a response! Once receiving this response I phoned up Clarke Mobility and spoke to a lovely chap who talked me through any questions/queries I had, which resulted in me asking to come and view the vehicle. They were accomodating to my own schedule, and helped ensure the WAV I had chosen would be suitable for my needs. When viewing my chosen WAV in person the team were great at following all current covid 19 safety measures while still showing me around the vehicle and even allowing me to have the WAV demonstration at a suitable distance for safety (something which I was worried about when viewing coming to view the WAV). Once made sure everything was suitable for my needs, they offered me a test drive to ensure I'd be happy with the vehicle as it's my first automatic! After a test drive, I was happy that the vehicle would cover all my current needs, the team began completing my paperwork. Delivery was arranged for just 10 days after originally viewing the vehicle. Something I was a little skeptical about but there was no need as the team delivered my vehicle on time, fully sanatised and even with the driver going as far as masks and a fresh set of gloves to unload the WAV. I honestly can't thank the whole team enough, you all were so kind and friendly with myself I honestly couldn't ask for a better service, and even better your understanding and knowledge on WAVs to ensure people like myself get a suitable option for their needs! I will always be using Clarke Mobility as a permanent customer!

The world of wheelchair accessible vehicles is minefield...so it is a great relief to be guided by people who seem to genuinely care. Professional, personable, friendly and respectful...especially when they come to demonstrate. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We went to Clarke Mobility to see if they had a suitable vehicle for our friends. We were looking for a vehicle that a mobility scooter could be easily be loaded into. We were looked after by Graham the boss,he took his time explaining about the different vehicles that he had in stock. The result is that a vehicle has been purchased from him,it should be arriving tomorrow or Tuesday. A good service well done.

Great aftercare service! …even if you did not purchase your Motability vehicle here. Recently we had a fault with the access ramp after a call to our van supplier we were told to contact Clarke mobility. We booked an appointment for an engineer home visit. After having a look he was not able to repair it so the van was booked in. I arrived as arranged and the van was repaired while I waited.
