Products are great. But as they say - buyer beware. 12 months warranty on a mobility scooter. Battery warranties CHECK THEM. Certain models - £500+ for a new battery, yes that’s right £500+ for a new battery. If I had been told that this at point of sale (yes I should have asked) never would have bought it. Miserable connection here, will never go back.

Great choice on everything and anything mobility with both first and second hand on offer at reasonable prices. My mother in law was not forced into a decision and was even given the option to try at home and return for full refund at time of delivery if it didnt meet expectation. They then kindly stored the scooter for her until she had made arrangements for its storage. Amazing staff!

I've been here twice. The first time I felt like the staff were completely indifferent and not particularly helpful, I figured it could have been a rotten day for them and decided to go back another time. The second visit was somehow worse! The man we spoke with was telling us that we didn't need the particular thing we'd come to purchase, and instead was trying to sell us something completely different. A very disappointing and frustrating experience with not being listened to and feeling belittled. I'll stick with Care Co on upper stone street from now on. They're infinitely more helpful and actually try and work with the customers needs rather than against them.

Excellent staff very knowledgeable and helpful and did not put any pressure on you. Very friendly and a pleasure to do business with.

Went here because I needed a new power chair and spoke with the assistant Mark who let me try out different chairs until I found the right one for me, so ended up with the Drive Airfold carbon fibre which is half the weight of my old chair and is so much easier for my wife to lift into the car......thank you for your time.....

I visited DB shoes where the lady was very helpful. She did not try to make a hard sale and was very honest that the shoes she had in store were not suitable for me as the fit was way too wide. She gave me Wider Fit Shoes booklet and advised which shoes to try from their online ordering. A very pleasant experience.

After sales service, as mentioned a few times here in reviews, I concur, is abysmal. They will bend over backwards to get your money but once the sale is made, they fob you off when you mention the mobility scooter(s} has developed a fault. Then they keep it for weeks and months if you bring it in for repair again with more fob offs after. They are also not the cheapest. You can find better if you shop around. I will be lodging a complaint about their after service, with the manufacturer. If you want a mobility scooter that they do not have in stock, they will only bring it in for a demo of you can convince them that you will buy it irrespective of how the demo goes. Lots of other dealers online will happily demo a range of mobility scooters at your home with no pressure. There was pressure from Charterwood when I had my demos. I would NOT recommend Charterwood based on their sales pressure, lack of showing how to use a large mobility scooter when dropped off as they were busy and had to rush off, and poor after care service especially after the 1 year mark which they try to stretch out by continual fob offs. Being it was my first mobility scooter ever, I mistakenly went with the nearest mobility scooter dealership to me...Big mistake. I am more knowledgeable now and aware of how dealers treat you and respond when things go wrong.
